This Jacksonville Beach home built in 1990 was in dire need of a face-lift. First we started by removing the old stucco front portion of the house. We then replaced rotted and damaged wood behind the T111 siding.

We installed new wood walls and wrapped the house with a wonderful insulated and water proof house wrap system from Green Gaurd. We custom designed the exterior with beautiful James Hardie board and bat siding. On the 2nd floor we installed James Hardie cedarplank siding. We completed the transformation with a custom 3 tone paint job featuring Sherman Williams Superpaint.

The updated look includes brand new black gutters and protected the home from storms with a 50 year Certainteed shingle roof. There is no reason you cannot take the dated exterior of your home and create what looks like a newly built house for a fraction of the cost.
